Current Micromobility Inc. (“Current”, “we”, “us”, or “our**”) respects your privacy and is committed to

safeguard your information when you use our mobile application, website, rental vehicles, and related
services (collectively, the “Services”).
This Policy complies with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA)
and other applicable privacy laws in Ontario, Canada.

we do not store your full card number)

(ii) GPS location during a rental
(iii) Bike ID or vehicle number
(iv) Usage habits and preference (e.g. frequently used stations)
(d) Device and Technical Data

(iii) Mobile network provider
(iv) Crash logs, diagnostic data, and performance analytics
2. INFORMATION USE
2.1 We use your personal information to:
(a) Register and manage your account
(b) Verify your identity and eligibility
(c) Process payments and rental transactions
(d) Provide, maintain, and improve the Services
(e) Monitor vehicle safety and performance

5. LOCATION DATA
5.1 We collect real-time geolocation data only during a ride for safety, billing, and operational
reasons. Location tracking stops when your rental ends.
5.2 We do not track your location when the app is closed or you are not using a vehicle.
6. DATA RETENTION
6.1 We retain your personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in
this Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (e.g., for tax or audit
purposes).
6.2 You may request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal and contractual obligations.
7. SECURITY MEASURES
7.1 We take appropriate administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your data,
including:
(a) Encryption (in transit and at rest)
(b) Access controls and authentication
(c) Secure payment processing
(d) Regular monitoring for vulnerabilities
7.2 However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We encourage you to use strong
passwords and report suspicious activity.
8. YOUR RIGHTS UNDER PIPEDA
